There are two restaurants in the area. Of course, they are not open all the time! We hear great reviews about the quality of the food and the service from our guests. However, currently they might still provide only take-out meals or outside dining.

On your way to Fossil Bay Resort you can stop in Sooke and purchase fire logs. Those stores, all located in the center of Sooke, have them usually on stock:

• Sooke Home Hardware
• Sooke Village Market
• Western Food
• Gas Stations

To rates, will be added the 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and the 8% Hotel Room Tax.

If a customer cancels a reservation 21 days prior to arrival we will refund the deposit, although a service fee of $ 35.00 is applied on such cancelations. For cancelations later than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be not refunded.

Only with advanced reservation we allow small mature and house trained pets (dogs and cats, but not puppies and kittens) in one of our cottages. There is a fee of Can $ 20.00 per night and we require an agreement to reimburse all damages and we might also possibly request a damage deposit. View the full policy on our rates & policies page.
